Relaxation / Swedish massage uses traditional manipulative techniques such as long gliding strokes, the lifting and squeezing of tissues, and tapotement.  Generally using a lighter pressure, the movements are smooth, slow, and gentle.  This is the ideal treatment for just letting go and giving in to relaxation.

Deep Tissue sculpting produces effective, long lasting relief of chronic muscular tension and soft tissue pain.  Compressions and strokes are done with increasing pressure only to a level of balance between release and resistance.  This is a non-invasive method for pain management.

Integrated massage is highly individualized to the client’s needs.  This session is very soothing while still focusing on problem areas with proper technique and pressure.  At the client’s discretion, enhancers may be used such as cold/hot pads, active and passive stretching, and essential oils

A 30 minute massage usually consists of upper body (back thru hips, neck, and head) or focuses on problem areas evaluated between therapist and client.

A 60 minute massage is the most effective body treatment for overall relaxation and release.  Studies show that receiving regular one hour massages relieves everyday stress and anxiety.  Talk to your therapist to figure how often is right for you. 

A 90 minute massage allows time for the therapist to complete all muscle release techniques, work more slowly through the body, and is a great way to pamper yourself or a loved one.
