NEW Relaxation Stretch & Breathing Class Begins January 24th at 7pm

Experience stress release with Certified Stretch & Breathing instructor Connie Brown as she leads the 60 minute class with customized stretching combined with calming meditation and breathing techniques. Please arrive 10 minutes early for class and bring your own yoga mat.

Sessions will be available every Tuesday from 7- 8pm

NEW PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS AVAILABLE MONDAY-THURSDAY

Our licensed personal trainer, Barbie Jo, will create a plan to help you with your fitness goals and lifestyle changes. She will customize a work out session for you that is muscle balancing, increases stability, and increases core strength by using exercise bands, balls, and free weights.

1st session with consultation (60min)…$35
Regular session (30-45min)…$25
