Connie Brown
Yoga Instructor
My yoga journey began more than 7 years ago at this exact location – when it was primarily a yoga studio. From the first class, yoga enhanced my life on many levels. When the studio closed its doors a year and a half later, my search for a place to deepen my yoga experience led me to register for a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification in Cincinnati. I have been leading yoga classes for more than 5 years.
Yoga is a wonderful gift you can give to yourself and to the world around you. The physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga bring positive life changes. Yoga is for everyone and anyone. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. When you practice yoga, you enhance your life in extraordinary ways. The peaceful Tranquil Touch environment is the perfect setting for practicing yoga.
